We are an eco-conscious company and produce TM comfort lux toilet paper and roll towels exclusively from recycled paper. We know for sure that there is no need to use living trees for the production of hygiene products such as toilet paper. The strength of wood is not needed and a perfectly white color is not needed, which means that secondary raw materials are quite suitable for the production process. Stages of toilet paper production
The factory uses the technology of the shortened production cycle toilet paper. The process of collecting secondary raw materials (cartons, magazines), shredding, cleaning, pulping and making mother rolls - we trust our business partners.
How does the production start in the workshop of the plant?
Rolls - the workpieces are fed to the rewinding machine and rewound to the desired size. We produce seven sizes of toilet paper diameters 70, 85, 95, 105, 120, 140 and 150 mm. Paper towels 160 mm and 190 mm respectively. Jumbo - rolls with a standard diameter of 160 mm.
Why do you need core?
If necessary, a core with a diameter of 15, 45, 60 mm is used for winding to use rolls of toilet paper in special holders (dispensers). On the official website of the manufacturer, there is always a toilet paper available without a core.
Embossing toilet paper
To impart the desired density and increase the moisture absorption properties, toilet paper is embossed. We produce two types of embossing and non-embossed smooth paper.
With or without a label, which is better?
The label for toilet paper in our production is used to market and publish the properties and characteristics of products. Also, to reduce the production cost of the product, we produce the comfort lux toilet paper without a label.
Toilet paper sizes
After receiving the so-called long roll of toilet paper, the process of cutting according to the specified parameters takes place. On a slicing machine, the workpiece is cut into separate rolls at a given height. The factory uses three heights of toilet paper rolls - 80, 90 and 92 mm, jumbo rolls 92 mm and paper towels 190 mm.
Packaging and quality
СThe next production process is related to the quality control of toilet paper and packaging. The finished rolls of toilet paper go to the conveyor, where they are carefully checked for quality and performance. Inspected items are packaged in 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 16, 20, 24, 25, 30 and 48 rolls depending on product dimensions and customer requirements. Paper towels are packaged in 6 rolls and jumbo is packaged in 21 rolls.
Shipping and logistics
An important stage of production is the delivery of finished products to the customer. To fulfill our obligations, we use the company's own transport, the services of transport companies and courier delivery services. We carry out delivery throughout the territory of Ukraine and outside the country.
